We were initially referred to this client as
consultants to look at access issues for the internal
atrium of the South Gloucestershire Council Offices.
After discussion, it was felt that the most cost
effective and visually unobtrusive solution would
be to install BS EN795 eye bolts to the two ends
of the atrium.

Alpla Production Hall

Due to poor lighting and inaccessible light fittings the
client investigated several options for the replacement of the
lighting in the production hall. For access via means of scaffolding
the total costs came close to £80K. Prime Access was found to
be able to carry out the access via abseiling saving circa £47,000.

Abbots House

Prime Access was originally called in to remove cladding
on spandrel walls during early stages of the atrium refurbishment.
During this phase, we also removed wall to sealing glass panels.
Once main works were complete in the atrium, scaffolding was
removed to enable ground works.
